Why is not the Right Question

Every person who comes to this planet lives an experience unique to them. We all made the choice to come to Earth, none of us were forced. At no point did we think it was going to be easy, because this reality is definitely not meant to be easy! We came for the experience. It’s beautiful here and a 3D reality is completely different from the norm for us. We came to do work that will move to the next level. And, we came because there are things only a physical experience can teach us.

As I said a moment ago we’re all having our own experience, learning lessons and understanding our lives through preset filters we put in place. The one thing that’s the same for each of us is everything in this reality is a teachable moment. Say that out loud to yourself and let it sink in for a bit.

Everything in this reality is a Teachable Moment!

Once we wrap our head around this truth our perspective begins to change. We see and understand things from a larger view. Nothing is random. Everything that is meant to be will be whether we learn its associated lesson or not. The delightful and frustrating part is, if we haven’t learned the lesson the cycle of behavior will continue until we do!! Good, bad or indifferent.

We are very intricate beings so some lessons can take several lifetimes to learn. Coupled with this, teachable moments go unnoticed because we forget. We forget our purpose for coming here. We forget who we really are, how powerful we are, on top of this we’re born into this amazing, beautiful, low energy reality packed to the gills with distractions meant to keep us from awakening and asking ourselves the correct questions.

So many people ask why. Why did this happen to me? Why does this keep happening to me? Why do bad things happen to good people? Why has many facets but it’s not the question we need to be asking. To ask why is like throwing gas on a fire. We’re feeding an emotional pit sending us further and further down a rabbit hole of pain and confusion. All we discover is more pain but it brings friends like anger, bitterness, and resentment along. There is no healing or resolution there.

Unfortunately many people are so wrapped up in the why they don’t recognize it’s not the question we need to be asking. The answer to the why question, is because we planned it like that but that’s a topic for a different day. The question we need to be asking ourselves is, what. By asking what we give ourselves the opportunity to slow down and examine the situation and how we reacted to it.

We all know someone, maybe ourselves if we’re being totally honest, who when talking with them always go back to a person or event that hurt them. They are so consumed with the why of the situation that they refuse to acknowledge the healing that could take place if only the right questions were asked. What happened to my relationship with my husband? What did I do wrong? What signs of a problem was I unwilling to see? What part did I play in the situation? What might have been done differently?

When we ask why based questions we’re, more often than not, drawn outward to focus blame on something or someone other than ourselves. Asking what based questions draws us in. It makes us face a mirror that perhaps we don’t want to see. It’s not easy by any stretch of the imagination. This is a mirror based in ego and our ego is not necessarily our friend. Sometimes we feel like ignoring the painful things is easier. Put the blinders on and not deal with the pain; which is why some lessons can take multiple lifetimes to learn. Living in victim mode is somehow better than doing the painful work to move forward.

There are other questions that can be asked that will take our healing deeper. What did this teach me about myself? What lessons are there to learn from this situation? What can I do to forgive and move on?

These questions aren’t easily answered but if we look at every disappointment, betrayal or situation that triggers us through the filter of what, not why we open ourselves to healing and letting go of pain that has no place in our lives or our future. From the guy who cut us off in traffic, to the rude lady in the grocery store to the jerk at the office…

Everything in this reality is a Teachable Moment!

Have a great day! Blessed Be ❤ Sharon

A Year of Change

My goodness, what a year this has been so far. I knew this was going to be a big year when I did my annual numerology post back in December of last year, if you missed the post you can read it here, Everything is lining up to make this a huge year for changes to be made both personally and globally. As painful as the process can be, the outcome is always a better place to be than where we started out.

There are many scenarios for change that can play out. Some people are aware that an aspect of their lives can be improved but the boots on the ground, how to go about it becomes a roadblock. Fear can be another hindrance to change; a big one! Fear of failure or success kicks in and stops many people cold. Old thought patterns and belief systems can keep people locked into a place they dearly want to change. Some people remain in their comfort zone, happy to let dreams sit on the back burner of their lives. Then there are the people that know it’s time for a change and push forward, sometimes before they are completely ready. In order to accept any kind of change into our lives and make it stick, we have to be ready in body, mind, and spirit. If we aren’t in the right headspace or heart space, we aren’t going to give full attention to the process.

I, like many of us, have lived through more than one of the above situations. This year and its energy for change has brought me to a place where I am ready for and welcome all the change the universe has to offer me. To that end, there are a couple things I am doing that I’d like to tell you about.

The first change I’ve made is in my perspective. My Mother transitioning a couple years ago made it difficult to get out of my own way, or even think about the future. I knew it was out there, but I had no idea what it would look like or how to get there. The healing process has given me that clarity and I am ready to go! A couple things I have implemented to grow and expand are getting my Etsy Shop back up and teaching classes.

My Etsy Shop fell by the wayside and went dormant after Mom transitioned. I have given it a makeover, altered its focus and opened it back up. I am excited about this move. I plan to grow the shop with more product offerings to be rolled out over the coming months.

Right now, I am offering Custom Crystal Grids, Pendulums, Tarot Readings, Numerology Charts and my newest product, Incense. I am pretty excited about the incense. I was guided to learn and offer it. So I did the research and jumped into the process. To begin with I have seven scents to choose from; Patchouli, Sandalwood, Clary Sage and four custom blends that my guides gave me. I call them, Sacred, Prayer, Rest and Lavender Meadow. If you would like to check out my shop follow the link.

I am also going to start having regular class offerings. The first is a basic numerology class July 31st. Signup for this class will be from July 20th to the morning of the 31st. For more information about this class you can check out the events section of my Facebook page.

I hope you are also embracing the changes this year is bringing to your lives. Change is scary and never easy, but it’s always worth taking the journey.

The Angelic Realm

All cultures have stories of angels interacting with humans.  The Angelic Realm was created by the Godhead to serve him and carry out his divine plan. As we are a part of the Godheads plan, some of the angels are here to help us as well. The angelic realm was created before us but they are not like us. Angels are light beings from the seventh dimension and have a much higher vibrational energy than we do. Angels do not have free will in the way that we do and are not driven by emotion or ego in the way we are. Like the Godhead they are pure Love and Light.

The Angelic Realm is divided into three levels, with each having three groups of Angels. Beginning from the highest level, we have the group closest to the Godhead.

Tier One This level of angel has direct contact with the Godhead. They rarely have contact with humans.
Seraphim: When you hear the term Choirs of Angels, this is that choir. The Seraphim sing the Godheads praise and glory. They are said to shine so bright from being in the presence of the divine that we can’t see them. They spread positivity, love and light throughout the universe.
Cherubim: Like the Seraphim, Cherubim are angels of love. This level of angel was directed to guard the Garden in Eden. They are kind of like the Divine record keepers, as they are in charge of the celestial record. They represent the wisdom of the Godhead and make sure his universal laws are kept. Cherubim are said to have four faces. One is the face of man, an Ox, a Lion and an eagle.
Thrones: This level of angels are known as the “many eyed ones” They are the Godheads investigation team. The Angels of Divine Justice. Thrones create, send, collect positive energy. They find us interesting but do not work directly with us.

Tier Two This tier of angels works for the first tier of angels, with the universe as well as the tier of angels closest to us.
Dominions are the Divine Bureaucrats. They are responsible for governing the angelic realms and make sure everything in the universe operates according to Gods plan. Thrones are divine cause and effect.
Virtues: These are the angels responsible for looking after people who desire to do good in the world, the light workers, healers and those who want to make this planet better. They are the level that bring miracles, and make the impossible, possible. Virtues send a huge amount of positive energy into the collective as well as to the earth. They work with and guide the Earth Elementals, Nature Spirits and Faerie Realm. This is a wonderful level of angel to call on if you are a healer.
Powers: This is a fascinating level of angel. The Powers work to communicate with us but don’t interact with us like tier three does. When we intuitively know that something is not right, it is the Powers giving us that message.
They are charged by the Godhead to maintain this reality, to keep this dimension running and appearing real for us all. They are the keepers of our history, they regulate divine justice, the amount of chaos going on at any given time, monitor world religions. The Powers guard the passageways to and from the upper dimensions. They hold the energy of the Godheads plan for this planet. The angels of birth and death exist within this level.
It is said this level of angels are the ones that fight evil, and help people overcome temptation and evil.
When you are in trouble, call on the Powers. They will help you see through the situation to find a solution. They will defend you, your family, your home. They send us messages by any means necessary to try to reach us.

Tier Three of the angelic Realm is the one that deals most directly with us. The angels within this level take on a more human form so they can interact with us unnoticed when needed.
Principalities: These are the angels of places and time. They guard countries, cities, groups and even large multinational organizations. Their job is to influence humans through the circumstances they create to guide us to make good decisions. Where ever people gather in large groups, they are there. They channel positive energy between the Godhead and us.
Archangels: The Archangels are a varied group. They oversee humanity, carrying the Godheads decrees to us. Each of the Archangels has a specific job. I will do a post about each of the Archangels and what they do.
Angels: This group is the closest to us and work very closely with us and the planet. This group of angels gives us our guardians to guide and protect us through our lives.

I hope you enjoyed this introduction to Angels.

Be The Change

This Weeks Energy

If you’ve been feeling a little out of sorts lately, it could be because there is a lot going on energetically this week. We have Mercury stationing retrograde on the 18th, the Summer Solstice on the 20th and we finish the week with the Dark Moon Eclipse on Saturday. Within these three events there is a great deal of energy wanting us to move forward as well as communication issues which might create problems. The challenge will be to do our best in situations as they come.

Everyone is familiar with retrograde cycles. The month of June has two planets going into retrograde this month, Mercury and Neptune. The first energetic event happening this week has been building for a couple weeks. Mercury entered its shadow phase around June 2nd. From there all things communication gradually wind down until it stations retrograde. This will happen on the 18th of this week and remain there until July 12 when Mercury will station direct as It moves through the shadow phase again to its full, normal state.

Retrograde cycles are opportunities to go within to see where and how changes can be made to benefit our lives. This Mercury Retrograde is happening in Cancer which puts emphasis on our self-talk. Be aware of what you say and how you say it during this time. Then make the changes needed.

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and brings back the male energy, the end of spring and the beginning of Summer. This energy is about abundance that encourages us to embrace life in all its fullness.  The seeds we planted in the preceding months are growing, so embrace the fullness!

The very next day is the Dark Moon Eclipse. Both the Dark Moon and an Eclipse is all about endings and beginnings. Combine them and the energy has unstoppable potential. This energy encourages us to release any old habits, thoughts and belief systems holding us back. Be willing to do the work and open to your new beginning. Follow your heart, let go and move toward your future.

There is so much energy in the air this week. Take advantage of it!

Blessed Be ❤ Sharon
