Today’s Daily Draw

For many people, me included, spiders are a bit creepy but, this could not be a more perfect card for New Years Eve! The message of Spider is balance and growth in all areas of  life. When the various aspects of our lives are balanced, everything seems to make more sense and flow better. Grandmother spider came to encourage us to spend some time looking back over the year we are leaving behind and find the lessons the year taught us. It is important to take what we have learned with us into the future. The lessons these good and bad moments gave us will help weave a strong path and ensure that we won’t make the same mistakes again, and this keeps us in perfect balance.

Today’s Universal Number

 We have a perfect card and a perfect universal energy for the day. We are ending 2017 with a nine day and this energy is about compassion, tolerance and completion. Don’t take anything negative into the new year. Is there someone you need to forgive? Something that has been left undone or unspoken. Take care of the details today so the new year can begin with a totally clean slate.

Today’s Crystal

I chose three crystals for today but have only two of them with me. For balance I chose Shiva Lingam. This is a type of Quartz crystal and its unique shape is a natural formation. The energy of the Shiva Lingam increases balance, activates the kundalini, boosts energy and transformation. The other crystals I chose are Citrine and Amethyst. As they are both members of the Quartz family they will help us get rid of any negative energy we are hanging into and will help us look forward with joy, peace and optimism to the coming year.
